Hello friends at The Daily Diop! I am glad you are here to check out our amazing freaking blog! You are probably wondering how this blog got started. Well, first, we had to travel to Iraq to kill Osama….okay long story there but that has nothing to do of how it got started.
It all started really when I was just looking around NBA players’ Wikipedia pages. I then skimmed over to a dude named DeSagana Diop. The name sounded pretty cool so I went over to check out the page. While I was reading, it said one time when Diop was in a game, the Mavs’ arena would put up this song these two lame white boys named called “Diop Diop.”
The guys who sang it looked like douchebags but the song sounded pretty damn good. I really loved it, it was just cool and nice and it was also parody of the song “Jump,” so it made things a lot better.
I then started to make posts called “The Daily Diop,” where I talk about the latest news in basketball. You can see some of the posts here at The Daily Shizz, or at FootBasket (The WordPress version).
